Family Fun: Forest Bathing – Wednesday, August 23, 6:30-8:00 PM
Location: Spring Lake Park Reserve, Schaar’s Bluff Trailhead, 8395 127th Street East, Hastings, MN 55033.
Shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing”, is the practice of being present in a forest setting as a form of meditation and exercise that may result in improvements in mood and focus, reduction in stress levels and blood pressure, all while getting us moving. Join us for a guided forest bathing session at Spring Lake Park Reserve. Bring the whole family!
Meet at the picnic shelter at Schaar's Bluff Trailhead. Look for our Family Forest Bathing Sign. This event is outdoors so plan accordingly.
