BUILDING MENTAL WELLNESS TOGETHER

FALL 2023

Our new Inspired Life Speaker Series, Building Mental Wellness Together, is focused on supporting our families, our neighbors, and ourselves with strategies of resilience so that we can all thrive. We will hear about the current state of mental health and policy, learn techniques to be more mindful, and create a community of wellbeing in all areas of wellness.

All Saints cares about your overall wellbeing and the vitality of our local community. We believe our spiritual wellness is interconnected with every other aspect of our wellness. We want to partner with you as we build wellbeing together and share the positive impact of that in our community.
