Inspired Life Series: Beth Dooley

Our next speaker is Beth Dooley, author of 15 food books, including The Perennial Kitchen, A Simple Recipe For A Healthy Future; Star Tribune Food Writer for the Taste Section; and Endowed Chair of the Minnesota Institute of Sustainable Agriculture at University of Minnesota.

On Tuesday, April 18th at 7pm, she will be talking about food & the environment, specifically about sustainable food for the future.
