New Inspired Life Series Begins October 17

We are beginning our new Inspired Life speaker series: Building Mental Wellness Together, which is focused on supporting our families, our neighbors, and ourselves with strategies of resilience so that we can all thrive. We will hear about the current state of mental health and policy, learn techniques to be more mindful, and create a community of wellbeing in all areas of wellness

Our first talk is Tuesday, October 17 at 7pm with Jodi Harpstead, Commissioner of the MN Department of Human Services, who will be speaking on Mental Health Policy in Minnesota. Prior to her appointment, Commissioner Harpstead was the president and CEO of Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota.
