The news spread from 38th and Chicago.
A video showing brutality and blatant disregard for the sanctity of life.
Wrong versus right. Love versus hate.
What to do? The problems stagger and overwhelm.
A wave of helplessness drowning me. I can’t breathe.
Where to start?  How to begin? How can I be the change?
I grieve and pray. My protest amid a pandemic.
