Sunday of Serving

Coming Together to Impact Our Community

On the last Sunday of every month, the entire congregation is invited to participate in an intergenerational Sunday of Serving. We gather to build community within All Saints and to share our blessings with the wider community surrounding All Saints.

As the weather is starting to cool down, many of us are thinking about our winter gear. For our Sunday of Serving on September 25, we will be collecting warm winter gear for Resource West. Below are the items they are looking for in various sizes.
  • New or Clean, Gently Used Coats
  • New Winter Hats
  • New Waterproof Gloves and Mittens

More than 20 birthday bags were filled for ICA clients  with donated cake mix, frosting and candles. Thank you to everyone who donated and helped pack the birthday bags. Everyone deserves to have cake on their birthday!

For the May Sunday of Serving, All Saints members cleaned out the church gardens.

Volunteers picked up trash around All Saints. Participants were encouraged to take a garbage bag on their next walk and see how much trash can be picked up along the way. How are you going to care for God’s creation?

Participants decorated planters and added grass seed to create Easter gifts for residents at The Glenn.

Donated necessities from congregation members provided enough items to pack 35 kits to give to people experiencing homelessness.
