Room Requests
Any groups or individuals requesting space to hold a meeting or event need to fill out a room request form. Rooms may be requested for one night or for a specified period of time. Requests for a full year of use will need to be resubmitted in September each year. Use the links below to print a PDF of the room reservation form and to view the church facilities layout.
